Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes up to 14 days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $125 or more before taxes.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup may be available at our workshop (atelier). Customers will be contacted when the order is ready for pickup.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted in person at the workshop only.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
